1. Service Cancellation

Scheduled Services:
  • Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment for any personal coaching, workshop, or webinar at least 48 hours in advance, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee to compensate our experts for their time.

2. Refunds

Services:
  • Refund Process: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
  • Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of being digital, services are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with the content, please contact us for support or potential refund considerations.
  • Refund Issuance: If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment or through an alternative agreed method. 

3. Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend a service due to an exceptional circumstance, such as a serious illness or family emergency, please contact us.

- We may require documentation to validate the circumstance. Upon review, we may provide a full refund, credit, or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. 

- In the case of events or circumstances outside of your control (such as illness or family emergencies), we may be able to offer more flexible cancellation options. 

Flexibility in Action: We understand that each situation is unique, and standard policies may not suit every case. Therefore, we assess all factors surrounding your circumstances to determine the most compassionate and practical solution. Our goal is to minimize your inconvenience and ensure that you can return to enjoying our services as soon as is feasible for you.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change the time or date of service, you can do so without any additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the service may not be accommodated or may incur a fee.
