She’s very attentive, consistently monitors posture and ensures exercises are performed correctly, offering guidance and adjustments while adapting to my pace. I turned to a specialist to work on shaping my figure. At the start of the sessions, I had issues with numbness in my hands (due to spinal hernias) and had recently undergone abdominal surgery. Elena designed the workouts taking my health condition into account. For the first month, I didn’t feel tired at all during the sessions, yet my figure started to tone up. After two months, the intensity gradually increased. And most importantly, the numbness in my hands began to go away.
A pleasant bonus with Elena is that she always checks in between sessions to see how I’m feeling.
