I've been working with Cristhian for two months, all online. During this time, we established a consistent meal plan. Cristhian gives recommendations for every meal and doesn’t allow any exceptions if something doesn’t align with the goal. He creates a personalized workout plan for each session. Once, I twisted my ankle and thought I wouldn’t be able to train, but Cristhian adjusted the exercises to target other muscle groups, so I didn’t miss a single session.

After searching for a personal trainer, I chose Cristhian, who is incredibly attentive! I’m really enjoying it; he monitors my diet and provides adjustments and advice as needed. I have osteochondrosis, and Cristhian is very careful and attentive to this health issue. He always corrects my technique and, overall, has a great sense of humor, making workouts enjoyable. Plus, the sessions are varied and motivating! 👍👍👍
